Which One of These is London’s Best Park

The title of London’s best park cannot be given to one. London has some amazing parks and each of them have their own qualities. Some are beautiful, some large, some have a lot of things to do, while some are very quite. You can judge these parks only when you actually go there and experience it by yourself.
The Hyde Park – The best thing about this park is its central location. It is so well located that you can access all the famous attractions and markets from here on foot. Besides that it has a wonderful lake with boating and water games, Diana Princess of Wales memorial, thousands of trees and rose garden. Music concerts and events are regularly held here because of the easy access and size of the park.
The Richmond Park – If you want to spot deer roaming freely amidst greenery, you can come to this huge park. There are amazing cycling tracks here, power kiting, golf courses and a beautiful setting. This park will make you forget that you are in a city.
The Regent’s Park – It is not as huge as the Richmond Park but it houses the largest outdoor sports arena of London where you can spend time playing your favorite sports like football, cricket and softball. Sighting of rare bird species and an open air theater are other features of this park.
Greenwich Park – The oldest of all parks, it is a perfect family place as you can eat in the cafes, children can have fun in the playground with a spectacular view of the Thames. If you keep your eyes in the woods, you might as well sight red deer or fallow.

St. James Park – This Park truly qualifies as a ‘Royal Garden’ as it is surrounded by not one but three palaces. Its lake is known as the home for pelicans and it is a setting for many ceremonies and parades.
With all these parks having one of the other distinct qualities, it is totally up to your judgment as to which park you rank as London’s best park. But make sure that you visit all these places at least once because being in the Royal Gardens will make you realize, you are truly in the company of royalty.
