Oxford Circus to Tottenham Court Road

When you think of London and the underground you can get a little overwhelmed and confused over the whole process, map reading is needed and as soon as you get to terms with it you will understand the outer line, the central line, the jubilee and inner circle.
My first independent explore of the stations left me laughing to myself, I thought I would spend time on the tube and get to know the lines, what connects where, what takes to where and so on, I wanted to go from Oxford Circus to Tottenham Court, now anyone who knows this line will know that it is actually one stop away, I didn’t realise this until I got off at Tottenham court and started to walk West, within 5 minutes I walked past Oxford Circus, lesson one learnt with a giggle at myself.

Oxford Street is a place I have become accustom too, I enjoy the area, the location is wonderful and I can have anything I want from here so choosing hotels in Oxford Street is a simple choice, there are a few in the area to choose from. I like to stay here because you are close to the beautiful Hyde Park, you have the shops and the dining experiences on you door step, you have the world famous West End 15 minutes walk away, you also have Soho and China Town within walking distance so a little relaxation and culture is never too far away, there is nothing not to love about this area of the city.

If you want excitement you can have it, if you are looking for fun and entertainment you can have it, if you are seeking relaxation then it is on your door step. Anything and everything can be found in this area of the city, and if it is not directly here then it is within walking distance.

Not only is this area great for you and me but also for people who are travelling with families and with loved ones, it is suitable for everyone in the family, and because Hyde Park is so close you will be able to have hours of fun here and not be left thinking hat to do in the city with the children, if you have time to spare and you want to make a full day of an experience then you should think about taking your children through the park and to the Natural History Museum, this is one of the top attractions in London and is a place where millions of people come every year. You can expect the walk to take approximately 40 minutes, but having the beauty of the park to distract you, you will find that the walk is a pleasant one.
